Breakfast: English muffin or bagel and 1/3 cup cranberry juice Lunch: 3 oz turkey sandwich on bun with miracle whip and yocruch fruit parfait. 3 pm snack: 6 almonds and 1/2 cup almond milk. Dinner: 3 oz chicken sandwich with miracle whip and 1/2 cup apple juice. 8 pm snack: 3 cracker sandwiches and 1/3 cup cranberry juice
