Strange bitter dusty like feeling and taste in throat?

for two days i have had a bitter taste in my mouth and throat and a very slight sensation like there is dust in my throat an also taste's like I have inhaled dust ,At first i thought it could be a cold coming but it dosnt doesn't feel like the typical scratchy dry feeling like a few hours before you get a sore throat...an I'm sure it would of developed by now , It is also on and off and varies in intesity I'm 20 an male
