What is this small pimple on my nipple?

Im nale and 12yrs old. I was taking a shower today and noticed this REALLY small pimple on my nipple. Well its not ON the exact center, its around the center. I thought it was a piece of lint so i tried brushing it off. I looked closer and looked like it was... Like sticking out. I was gonna just pinch it out but i dont wanna have something stupid happen. What is this? Btw its white, very small and doesnt hurt or itch
