Xbox 360 3 red lights and no picture?

Earlier we were watching Netflix on our 360 and after about 10 minutes the movie froze. When we turned it back on there were 3 red lights. So my husband took it apart and cleaned the inside to make sure it wasn't dusty (he has done this before) and when we plugged it back in still the lights and no picture. What can we do to fix it?
